Our hardwood field gates are constructed in the same tried and tested way as generations have before us. We only use superior quality hardwood combined with traditional fixing techniques to create a strong gate which we know is capable of lasting the test of time.
Product details: Meranti hardwood from managed forests. 125mm x 75mm Hanging Stile and 75mm x 75mm Closing Style. 125mm x 75mm tapered Top Rail and 75mm x 25mm Rails with zinc plated bolts. Maximum weight 40kg.
Wood Posts: For Below Ground Fixing use two 6" x 6" posts (PWBH6066) for gates up to 7' 0" width, or two 8" x 8" posts (PWBH8088) for gates over 7' 0" width.
