You can telephone our Customer Services team on 01543 462500. We are open Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and our normal opening hours are Mon-thurs 9.00-5.15pm and Fri 9.00-4.00pm. If we are experiencing a high level of calls, please leave a message and contact telephone number on our answering machine and one of our experienced Customer Services team will call you back, free of charge, as soon as possible.

Our Complaints Procedure
In the rare event of a complaint, our aim is to handle all issues as fairly and effectively as possible, in a courteous and confidential manner. We will respond to e-mail complaints within 48 hours and reply to written complaints by return of post. We are 100% committed to resolving all customer complaints fully within 5 working days.
