Delivery Information Our aim is to make our delivery charges as simple as possible so there is only one delivery charge per order! We will automatically calculate the amount payable based on the total value of all the items you have ordered, with absolutely no hidden charges for heavy items. It doesn't matter how many items you order and if you spend more than £300, delivery is absolutely free!

Please note that very occasionally, for customers living in remote rural areas we may need to add a surcharge to cover the costs of additional distribution. We will automatically add any surcharge to your order at checkout. If you require any further information relating to surcharges please call our sales office on 01543 462500.
If you cancel items or purchase additional items affecting your total order value, the delivery charges will be automatically adjusted to reflect your new order. In the instance of you order falling below the £301 free delivery threshold, we will charge you the appropriate delivery charge based on your remaining order.
Delivery Promise Our aim is to deliver our products to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. Because of the nature of products we sell, some items are literally made to order! We deliver most orders within 28 days. Please allow a little longer for some of our larger gates or hardwood gates.
We make all reasonable efforts to deliver your items within 28 days. However, the final delivery process can be made by third party suppliers/carriers and therefore certain aspects of your delivery may be beyond our total control. It is therefore essential that all the information you provide to us relating to your order is totally accurate, particularly the delivery address, postcode and contact details.

We will deliver to all UK mainland addresses.
Delivery is very straight forward, once you have placed your order:
- You will receive either written or e-mail confirmation of your order with your details, the items you have ordered and the total value of your transaction.
- You may track your order at any time by contacting our Customer Services team, either via e-mail (email@example.com) or by telephoning us on 01543 462500.
- All deliveries will be made direct to your door. Our normal delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) normally between 8am and 6pm. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exact delivery times.
Once we have delivered your order to your chosen location, all responsibility relating to the item will pass to the customer and we maintain no further responsibility. Any loss or damage to products shall then be at the customer's own risk. No signature is required for proof of delivery, except where some external carriers use this for their own confirmation or company policy.
If we experience problems during the delivery process?
If we cannot find your address or there is no one in when we arrive we will attempt to contact you via telephone using the number you have provided. If we cannot contact you and complete the delivery, we may have to return your order to our distribution centre. This will delay your order and may incur additional costs for a subsequent delivery. So please do everything you can to ensure delivery can be made.
