We are proud to offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all standard items in our product range. You may cancel your complete order (or any part of it) for any reason if you are not completely satisfied, subject to the following conditions:
=> You must contact our Customer Services team via e-mail or telephone within 7 days of your order being delivered and before you return anything to us. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
=> The product must be unused and in 'as new and re-saleable' condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you. Where applicable the items must be returned with the original product packaging provided with the initial order.
=> Orders which are made to measure, cut or amended to your own specific requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty). Once you have applied treatments and chemicals to an item, they also cannot be returned to us under terms of the home approval period.
=> On returning the item to us, if we can demonstrate that the item has been returned to us in unsuitable condition for resale we reserve the right to refuse a complete refund. We may however offer a partial refund dependent on how saleable the item is and the condition it was returned to us.
=> We will only refund the delivery charge relating to your original order when a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged. Our policy is to not to charge for the costs associated with returning an item to us.
=> Once the 14 day period has expired we will not accept refunds or exchanges unless an item is faulty.
